Between April 1st and 4th, FIFA-licensed agent Younes Abdou took part in an official scouting program in Nigeria, marking an important step in expanding international football connections.
During this visit, a strategic partnership agreement was officially signed between key stakeholders in the football industry.

Party Two:
- Oguno Rangers FC, current leaders of the Nigerian Premier League with 55 points
- Represented by club president, Mr. Bar Amaubi Eziaku

This agreement provides exclusive rights for Oguno Rangers FC to sign players from:
- North Africa
- The Arabian Gulf region
- Europe (with specific clubs to be confirmed prior to negotiations)
